Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your HOTO purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for all items purchased through this deal. If you simply change your mind, you may return your item in its original, unused condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price; in these cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if a device is defective upon arrival, HOTO will provide a free return and a full refund or replacement.
